Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our online flower shop and add any bouquets, arrangements or gifts to your shopping basket. After completing your selection, proceed to checkout where you will be asked for the details required to complete your order.
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Orders may also be placed and paid for over the telephone.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own local currency.
Orders cancelled online or via telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Orders received before the same day delivery cut off time shown on our website may be delivered the same day where requested. Orders received after this time are generally delivered the following working day.
Orders placed with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that chosen date. Deliveries requested for public holidays will normally be delivered on the next available working day.
Online delivery orders are available within the UK only. Please telephone for overseas flower delivery enquiries.
Timed deliveries are unavailable except for funeral tributes and weddings.
If you require specific flowers or emergency delivery arrangements, please telephone us directly before placing your order.
Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be returned to the shop and a calling card left where appropriate.
If a neighbour is willing to accept the flowers safely, we may leave the order with them. Where a recipient is unable to collect their flowers personally, a re-delivery may be arranged at Ackworth Flowers discretion.
Ackworth Flowers cannot accept responsibility for theft or damage where flowers are left at a property or with a neighbour at the customer’s request.
When confirmation of order is received, this confirms we have received your order request. Acceptance of the order and formation of contract occurs only when payment has been successfully processed.
All prices shown include VAT where applicable.
Credit card information is processed securely using encrypted payment systems. Card information is not stored in plain text on our website.
We take great care to ensure freshness and quality at all times and guarantee your complete satisfaction.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any complaint should be made within 1 working day of delivery. We will always try to resolve concerns fairly and may offer either a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Your rights regarding returns are protected under current UK consumer legislation and distance selling regulations.
